Indoor games for dogs in small Indian homes
Easy play ideas for apartments and busy days: fetch, tug, a snuffle mat and a puzzle toy.
Short, fun sessions
Five to ten minutes of play, a few times a day, often works better than one long session. Stop while your dog is still keen.
Mix it up
Try a gentle game of fetch down a hallway, a supervised tug session with a rope or tug toy, or hide small pieces of the dog's regular meal in a snuffle mat.
Supervise and rotate
Always supervise play and put toys away afterwards. Rotate a few toys through the week so they stay interesting. Replace any toy that is worn or damaged.
