Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it and dispatch your parcel. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or the delivery PIN code is not serviceable.

Prices

Prices will be shown in INR as maximum retail price inclusive of applicable taxes. Final GST treatment: PENDING (CA review).

Products and pets

• Use products as directed and supervise your pet.
• Our products are not treatments. Consult a veterinarian for health concerns.
