Shipping

• Shipping is ₹59 on orders below ₹799, and free at ₹799 and above.
• Courier: Shiprocket, subject to account and pickup-PIN verification. NimbusPost is the backup if it offers better rates or coverage.
• Delivery: estimated 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, subject to verification.
• Service area: verified courier-serviceable PIN codes only.

Payment

• Prepaid only: we do not offer cash on delivery. Card data is never stored by this site.

Returns & refunds (proposed)

• Window and conditions: PENDING owner decision (for example, unused tools in original packaging).
• Opened hygiene items such as wipes may be non-returnable unless wrong, defective or damaged. This must be stated before purchase.
• Wrong or damaged items: report with photos and we will replace or refund. Timelines: PENDING.
